Please join us for our virtual meeting with our guest speaker, Marie Horner. Marie will share with us her experience and career in the pest control industry.

With over 20 years of success in the Pest Management Industry in administration, technical, sales, operations management and public policy, Marie provides a unique perspective of the opportunities available in the pest control industry. In her vast roles over the years, Marie has received several prestigious awards including the 2025 Crown Leadership Award, NPMA Women of Excellence Award, NPMA Commercial and the Disinfection Taskforce Committee of the Year Awards, NPMA PestVets Committee Chair of the Year Award, NPMA PestVets Veteran of the Year Award, as well as the Entomological Society of America’s ACE Professional Award and many state association awards.

In her current role as Vice President of Government Affairs with Arrow Exterminators, Inc. Marie works at the state and national levels to strategize and generate support in areas of public policy which would most affect the pest control industry.  The ability to advocate for others and to bring groups together for a common goal has been evident over the years in her work serving on multiple board of directors for state pest control associations. Marie is passionate about the opportunities for women in the pest control industry.
